Sequencing the asanas is very important as well as adjustments for yoga teachers. The focus of the TTC will be on adjusting the beginning and intermediate students. In the first four sessions we will discuss how to sequence asanas and the last two sessions will be hand-on adjustments.
- Day 1 (2 August):
Ann provides both energizing morning / restorative evening classes with analysis of sequencing at end of each.
- Day 2 (3 August):
Students practice teaching energizing / restorative classes with all participating, and analysis at the end of each session.
- Day 3 (4 August):
Introduction to Adjustments / Why and When...Ann gives adjustments in poses / analysis and we will analyze it at half-hour end. Later on, students practice adjustments with Ann observing. All participants will have their turn to give adjustment.
