The fourth continuos workshop program of Sebastian Pucelle's Yin Yoga is back with Yin Yoga & Meditation Workshop. The practice of YIN-YOGA is naturally evolving toward meditation, as Yogi our effort on the path go toward an understanding of the nature of the mind.
YIN-YOGA spontaneously bring us closer to this understanding, the calmness and relaxed approached allow the practitioner to integrate more easily breath awareness, the Asanas are design mainly to open the lower body which enable oneself to sit for longer time and lessen discomfort. Ready to practice and explore MEDITATION. This program will run on May 26-27 in our studio and we're also happy to tell you that Pesona and Fit magazine (two of Indonesia's most leading health, family and lifestyle magazine) will be our media partners. Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training with Cle Souren. In 300 hours duration in 2.5 years, the Teacher Training Course takes 2.5 years of rigorous training that includes intensive classes with senior teachers (where you will also learn to adjust and give clear instructions), self practise / inquiries and assisting classes.
